Know all men by these presents that I, Henry
G. Marquand of the City County and State of New
York, for divers good causes, and consideration thereupon
moveing especially for two hundred and Sixty one 7/100
dollars, lawful money of the United States received in
my full satisfaction of James W. Harrison of the
State of Florida my heirs Executors have remised
released and forever quit claim and by these presents
do for myself, my heirs Executors and administrat
tors Justly and absolutely remise release and forever
quit claim unto the Said James W. Harrison and
to his heirs and assigns forever all such rights and
and title as I the said Henry G. Marquand, have or
ought to have in or to the following lots or pieces
or parcel of Land Situate in the County of Alac
hua in the State of Florida being a part of the Are
dondo grant, viz: Section Thirty four (34) in Town
Ship Ten (10) Range nineteen (19) containing one hun
dred and Seventy four and a half acres 174 50/100 acres
To have and to hold the above released premises unto
him the Said James W. Harrison his heirs and assign
ns to his and their only proper use and behoof for
ever: So that neither I, the Said Henry G. Marquand
or any other person in my name and behalf Shall
or will hereafter Claim or demand any right or title
to the premises or any part thereof but they and
every of them Shall by these presents be excluded and
forever bared and will warrant, and defend the above
described pemises against all and every person, What
Soever In witness whereof I have here unto Set
my hand and Seal the tenth day of August in
