that I George W. Boston, Judge of probate in and
for and for, Said County, for and in consider
ation of the Sum of Forty dollars paid by Dr G.P.
Thomas, to the Treasurer of Said County the Recei=
pt, whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained So=
uld, Sould released, conveyed and confirmed and 
by these presents, doth bargain Sell releas convey
and confirm unto Dr G.P. Thomas his heirs and
assigns Lot No (2) Block No 2 Range No 3 con
taining 60 ft by two hundred being and lying in
the Town of Gainesville in Said County and the
Said Judge of Probate in and for Said County
will forever warrant and defend the Said lot of land
unto Dr G.P. Thomas his heirs and assigns
