Alachua County   } This Indenture made and en
tered into this 3rd day of November in the year
of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty
Six between James T. Beshell of the State of Georgia
and Columbus W. Whitley of Alachua County
Florida of the other part. Witnesseth that James
T. Beshell for and in consideration, of the Sum
of of $175 One hundred and Seventy five dollars
to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and deliv-
ery of these presents, hath bargained granted Sold
and conveyed and do by these presents bargain
grant Sell and convey unto the Said Columbus
W. Whitley, his heirs Executors administrators and
assigns all that tract or parcel of Land Situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State aforesaid and known in plan of Survey of
Said State, East 1/2 Half of South East 1/4 qua-
ter of Section No 19 in Township No 9 S of
Range No 14 containing Seventy Six 75/100 acres
with all and Singular the rights members and
appertainances thereunto or in any wise belon
ging to Said bargained premises to have and
to hold, the Same to his and their own proper use
benefit and behoof forever in fee Simple and the
Said James T. Beshell for him self his heirs
Executors administrators and assigns will war
rant and forever defend the right and titles of Sa-
id bargained pemises to Said Columbus W.
Whitley his heirs and assigns against the Claim
or claims of him Self or any other whomsoever
