Alachua County } This Indenture made this Tenth day
of August in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred
and Sixty three, Between J.R.W. Grissom and F.G. Grissom his wife of
the State & County aforesaid parties of the first part and Stephen
McCall of the Same place party of the Second part Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in Consideration
of the Sum of three hundred & fifty dollars paid at and before
the Sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath bargained, Sold & Conveyed, and
by these presents doth bargain Sell and Convey unto the said
party of the Second part, his heirs, and assigns, all that lot or
parcel of Land, Situate lying and being in the Town of Gainesville
in the State & County aforesaid being Known and distinguished
in the plan of said Town as Block (3) Three Range (4) four Lot
No (4) four being Sixty feet front and two hundred (200) feet Back
lying on the North West Corner of the public Square, To Have and
To Hold, said described Lot or parcel of Land to the Said party
of the Second part, his heirs and assigns forever in fee Simple, and
the said parties of the first part said bargained premises, together
with all the rights members and appurtinances, Shall and
will warrant and defend from and against themselves and
against the Claim of their Executors, administrators and
assigns and all other persons whatever - In Witness whereof
we have hereunto Set our hands and Seals the day and year
above written
