Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into this the
                   Fourth (4th) day of March A.D. one thousand
Eight & sixty four between Samuel W. Burnett of the first part
and David L. Yulee President of the Florida Rail Road Company
of the second part, all of the County and State above men-
tioned, Witnesseth, That the party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of fifteen hundred Dollars
to him in hand paid at and before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, have bargained sold released conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents do bargain sell release
convey and confirm unto the said David L. Yulee President
party of the second part that certain lot piece or parcel
of land situate lying and being in the town of Gainesville
and known on the map of said Town made by P. Henry Young
as lots one (1) two (2) three (3) & four (4) in Block Thirteen (13)
in the Ingram Addition to said Town with all that piece
or parcel of land East, of said lots to the run of Sweet Water
Branch and all that peice or parcel of land south of the
Florida Rail Road and west of said Branch and North of the
line dividing lands owned by Estate of John L. Young & others
& South of said Rail Road containing four (4) acres more or 
less together with all and singular the tenements heredita-
ments and improvements to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining, and all the Estate, right, title, interest, property
possession claim and demand whatsoever of the said party
of the first part either in law or Equity of and to the said
lot parcel or tract of land and premises and every part
& parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns to his own proper use benefit and
behoof forever in fee simple, and said party of the 
first part for himself his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns the said lot parcel and tract of land
and premises unto the said party of the second part
his heirs Executors and administrators and assigns
shall and will by these presents forever warrant
and defend. In witness whereof the said party
of the first part have hereunto set his hand and
affixed his seal the day and year first above written
