Ruth A. Burnett the wife of Samuel W. Burnett the grantor of the
foregoing Deed for the conveyance of real estate for and in consid-
eration of the premises in said Deed recited and further con-
sideration of the sum of one Dollar in hand paid to me by
David L. Yulee President the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have renounced, released and relinquished unto the said
David L. Yulee President my right, title, dower and right
of Dower in and to the premises by said deed conveyed
as fully and absolutely as I might or could in any do
the same In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal this the twelfth day of March one
thousand Eight hundred and sixty four

County of Putnam } Articles of Indenture entered into this
the Eighteenth day of December A.D. 1863
between John M. Brown and Francis E. Brown his wife parties
of the first part and John W. Peacock of the other part
Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Six hundred dollars the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have bargained sold
aliened and delivered, and by these presents do bargain
sell convey assign and deliver unto the party of the second
part and unto his heirs and assigns forever all of a
certain tract and parcel of land situate in the County
of Alachua and known as the North East quarter of the South
West quarter of section No (12) twelve S of Range (22) twenty two
E, together with all the premises improvements and priv-
ileges attached and belonging to said lands, being the premises
occupied by the parties of the first part. To have and
hold the above premises to him the above named
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever.
