bounded as follows, Commence at the South East
corner of Lot No 28 & run North with the line three
hundred & thirteen 3/8 (313 3/8) feet then South three
hundred & thirteen 3/8  313 3/8) feet then East two
hundred & eight 3/4 (208 3/4) feet to the South East corner
containing one acre & a half more or less being
situated in the town of Gainesville Alachua County Florida
for the sum of One hundred & twenty five Dollars ($125.00)
& fifty three 12/100 dollars of which I hereby acknowledge
to have received & for the balance with the interest to
accrue thereon, the said Seagle has *** his promissory
note dated 29th Feb 1861 payable in two years
for the sum of Eighty three dollars 38/100
