Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
                 I Mary McLin wife of Samuel B. McLin
granter of the within deed for and in consideration
of the premises in said deed recited and in further
Consideration of the sum of one Dollar to her in
hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged doth hereby renounce release
relinquish and forever quit claim all her Dower
or right of dower to the lands by the said deed
conveyed as fully and absolutely as I might or
could do the same. Witness my hand and Seal
this January 3rd 1863
