County of Alachua  } This Indenture made and entered into
                   } on this 30th day of January AD 1863
Between Tillman Ingram of the County of Alachua State
of Florida party of the first part and Lavina Bevill of
the State and County aforesaid party of the second
part. Witnesseth for and in consideration of the
sum of One hundred & fifty Dollars to me in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained & sold and by these presents do
bargain sell and convey to the party of the second part
the following lot piece or parcel of Land lying and
being in the Town of Gainesville to wit. the Lot lying
and bounded as follows North by H. Fredersburgs lot
South by L Bevills East by L. Bevills and west by Tillman
Ingrams house Lot together with all and Singular
the tenements heriditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining. to have and
to hold to the Said party of the second part her
heirs Executors and administrators or assigns forever
   And I of the first part do further covenant with the
party of the Second part that I am lawfully seized
of the above described lot or piece of land that I
have good right to sell the same which I do by
these presents bind myself my heirs Executors admin=
istrators or assigns forever  And I do by these presents
further warrant and defend the said party of
the second part in the peaceble possession of
the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever. In witness whereof I have
hereunto Set my hand and Seal the day and year
first above written.
