This Indenture made this the 17th day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and Sixty five between James W. Standley
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of
the first part and John R. Campbell of said
County and State of the second part, Witnesseth
that the said James W. Standley for and in
consideration of the sum of fifteen hundred dollars
to him in hand paid by the said John R.
Campbell at and before the Sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained sold con-
veyed aliened remised released and confirmed
and does by these presents grant bargain sell
convey alien remise release and confirm unto
the said John R. Campbell his heirs and
assigns the following described tract or parcel
of Land Known and described in the United
