land unto him the said John R. Campbell his
heirs and assigns forever together with all and
Singular the rights members and appurtenances
thereof to the same in any manner belonging to
his and their own proper use and benefit forever
in fee Simple, And the said James W. Standley
for himself his heirs Executors and administrators
the said bargained and also described land
and premises unto the Said John R. Campbell
his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever
defend the right and title thereof against
the claim of all persons claiming or to claim
by through or under him or them and against
the claim of all persons whatsoever.

that I Livona Standley wife
of James W. Standley the grantor of the fore-
going Deed for and in consideration of the
sum of one Dollar to me in hand paid
by John R. Campbell the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged do hereby renounce release
and relinquish unto the said John R. Campbell
all my right, claim or right to claim
of dower of in and to the premises in and
by said Deed conveyed. Witness my hand
and Seal this the 17th day of January AD 1865
