Alachua and State aforesaid of the first part
and Henry Humphreys of the County of Pulaski
and State of Georgia of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum

hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained sold
and conveyed, and by these presents doth
