East containing One hundred & Sixty (160) acres
more or less, To have and to hold the said tract
of land and all and singular the premises
above mentioned and every part and parcel thereof

  Know all men by these presents that I Ellen
Henton wife of Allen Henton grantor in the
within Deed of bargain & Sale for the conveyance
of real Estate to Henry Humphreys bearing even
date herewith, for and in consideration of the sum
of Five Dollars to me in hand paid and divers
other good and valuable considerations do hereby
freely and voluntarily renounce relinquish and
release to the said Henry Humphreys his heirs
and assigns all my right claim and title of
Dower in the Land conveyed in the foregoing
