examined separate and apart from her
said husband and having said Deed
fully explained to her she acknowledges and
declares that she made & signed said re-
linquishment & renunciation of Dower freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion appre-
hension, constraint or fear of or from her said
husband and she wishes not to retract it.

Margaret Elizabeth Duncan on the first part and
George M. Wilcox all of said State and County on

granted bargained and sold & doth by
