acknowledged hath bargained and sold and by
these presents do grant and convey unto the
parties of the second part the following described
Town lots lying and being situate in the Town of
Newnansville and known and described as follows
on the plat of said Town Lot number Fourteen
Seventy seven and one half feet front and one
hundred and five feet back bounded on the North
and west by Lots owned by John R. Campbell
also North half of lot number four Block three
Range One in said town Together with all and
singular the tenements and hereditaments thereunto
belonging or in any wise appurtaining.
To have and to hold to the parties of
the second part their heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple. And the party of the first
part for himself and his heirs doth covenant
with the parties of the second part that he is
seized of a good Estate of inheritance therein
with full right to sell and convey the same
That the parties of the first part his heirs and
assigns will warrant and forever defend the
parties of the second part in the quiet
and peaceable enjoyment of the same. In
witness whereof the party of the first part
has hereunto set his hand and affixed
his seal the day and year first above

wife of Frederick S. Roux the grantor of the
foregoing deed for and in consideration of
the premises in said deed recited and
in further consideration of the sum of
one dollar to me in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
do hereby renounce release relinquish and
forever quit claim all my Dower or right
of dower in and to the premises by said
Deed conveyed as fully and absolutely as
