Alachua County } This Indenture made this the
Fifteenth day of September AD One thousand
Eight hundred and Sixty six between William L.
Campbell of the County and State aforesaid party of the
first part and Lemuel Wilson of the second part
Witnesseth that the party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of six hundred & twenty
nine dollars to him in hand paid at and before
the sealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
bargained and sold and by these presents do
grant and convey unto the party of the second
part all that certain tract or parcel of land
known and described on the plat of survey
now in the United States Land Office as the West
half of Section Twenty seven (27) Township Eight (8)
Range Nineteen (19) East, Together with all and
Singular the appurtinances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining To Have and to hold the
above described real estate to the party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever in "fee Simple"
And the party of the first part doth hereby covenant
and agree to and with the party of the second part
that he is seized of an Estate of inheritance therein
free from all incumbrances and that he is fully
authorized to sell and convey the same in "fee" simple
and the party of the first part doth hereby covenant
and agree for himself and his heirs that he will ever
warrant and defend the title to the same, to the
party of the second part his heirs and assigns
