Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the
                   twenty ninth day of November
AD Eighteen hundred and Sixty six between
Frederick S. Roux of the County aforesaid party
of the first part and John R. Campbell
of the same place party of the second part
Witnesseth, That the party of the first part
for and consideration of the sum of four hun-
dred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid
at and before the sealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath bargained and sold and
by these presents do grant and convey to the
party of the second part the following de-
scribed town lots lying and being situate
in the town of Newnansville known on
the plat of said town as lot number
thirteen, with Eighty feet front and two
hundred and ten feet back and the North
half of lot number fourteen, one hundred and
five feet deep North and South all in the
north half Range of said town, To have and
to hold to the party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever in "fee simple"
