Between James Pendarvis of the County and State
aforesaid of the first part, and Jacob E.
Dodd of the same place of the second part
Witnesseth That the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of
Five hundred dollars to him in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained sold granted and conveyed
and by these presents do bargain sell grant
and convey with the said party of the sec-
ond part and to his heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain parcel or lot of land
lying and being in the County and State
aforesaid near the Town of Newnansville in
Said County bounded and described as follows
To Wit, Begining at a Stake near the North
