1867 James Pendarvis and Nancy his wife
both to me well known as the persons
mentioned in the foregoing Deed conveyance
and relinquishment of dower and ac-
knowledged that they executed the same
for the purpose therein mentioned and the
Said Nancy Pendarvis wife of the Said James
Pendarvis, being examined by me seperate
and apart from her said husband did further
acknowledge that she signed the foregoing
relinquishment of dower freely and voluntarily
and without any apprehension constraint or
fear of or from her said husband
