This Indenture made the fourteenth day of February
in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight
hundred and Sixty seven, Between Matilda S. 
Brown Administratrix of all and singular the
goods and chattels rights and credits which
were of the Estate of the late George L. Brown
deceased of Alachua County and State of
Florida of the first part and Jacob E Dodd 
of said County and State of the second
part, Witnesseth that the said party of the
first part by virtue and authority to her
given in and by an order issued from
the Judge of the Probate Court of Alachua
County and for and in consideration
of the sum of Eight hundred forty
Dollars lawful money of the United States
to her in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold aliened released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell release alien convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns for ever all that certain
piece or parcel of Land lying in the
County of Alachua & State of Florida Known
and described as SE1/4 Sec3 T8 Range Eigh-
teen E. Together with all and singular the
tenement hereditaments and appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in any wise belonging. And also
all the Estate right title and interest claim de-
mand whatsoever both in law & Equity which the
said Intestate had in his life time or in or to
the same, to have and to hold the above prem-
ises above mentioned and described with their
appurtenances unto the party of the second
part his heirs and assigns to his and their
only proper use benefit and behoof forever
     In witness whereof the said party of these
presents has hereunto set her hand and Seal
