Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
                   into this the Twenty seventh day
of December Eighteen hundred and Sixty six
between Margaret Ann O'Neill of the State of South
Carolina party of the first part and Leonard L.
Brown of the State of Florida party of the second
part for and in consideration of the sum
of Twenty two hundred & Seventy six dollars
to her in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged has bargained Sold re-
leased and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Leonard L. Brown all those certain lots tracts
or parcels of land situate lying and being in
Alachua County in the State of Florida and Known
as the North West quarter of Section No 30 in
Township No 9 S of Range 18E containing one hun-
dred and fifty nine acres & Seventy hundredth
of an acre. Also the South East quarter of Sec-
tion No 30 in T.9.S of Range 18E containing
one hundred and fifty nine acres & Seventy
hundredth of an acres, Also the South West
quarter of Sec 30 in T9, S of Range 18.R con-
taining one hundred and fifty nine acres and
Seventy hundredth of an acre formerly conveyed
by Edmund F. Oneill to me, Also the South
half of the North East quarter of sec 30 in
T9 Range 18.E
           To have and to hold all and
Singular the said lands and premises
and every part or parcel thereof with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part his heirs executors Administrators
and assigns forever.
           And the said party of the first part
for herself her heirs Executors Administrators
and assigns the said described lands and
premises forever conform warrant and defend
against all persons lawfully claiming or to
claim the same
