who acknowledges that he saw the within deed
signed & delivered & that he was one of the
subscribing witnesses for the purposes therein
stated This 18th day of February 1867

This Indenture made and entered into on this
the eleventh day of February in the year of our Lord
Eighteen hundred and Sixty seven by and between
Robert B. Wasson and Nathaniel Ingersall partners
doing business under the name style and firm of
Ingersall & Wasson, of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the first part
and Stephen F. Harvard of the said County and
State of the second part,
             Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of three hundred Dollars lawful
money of the United States of America to them
in hand paid at and before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged 
sold c          Have granted bargained
sold conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant, bargain sell convey and
confirm unto the said Stephen F. Harvard his
heirs executors administrators and assigns a
certain lot, peice or parcel of land lying
and being situated in the Town of Gaines-
ville County and State aforesaid and known
and described as follows viz the South half
of Lot number ten (10) as will more fully
appear from a plat of said town made by
P. Henry Young containing one half acre
more or less. Together with all and sin-
gular the tenements hereditaments and ap-
purtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining
