Ten Range Twenty as laid down on the Map
made by Burr and Washington of the Arradonda
Grant containing Thirty nine 80/100 acres
  Also the following described peice or
parcel of land conveyed by James T. Thomas
to John L. Younge by deed the 14th of Febuay
AD 1857 situated on the waters of the Sweet
Water Branch in the State of Florida and
County of Alachua Commencing at the corner
between Sections four (4) Five (5) Eight (8) and
Nine (9) in Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20)
of the Arredonda Grant and being the NW
corner of section nine (9) Running from said
corner due East along sectional line, Twenty
four chains to a Stake thence due south
Thirty two 75/100 (32 75/100 chains to a Pine on the
Sweet Water Branch, thence down the channels
of said Branch to where the line between
Sections Eight (8) and Nine (9) crosses said
Branch thence due North along said Sectional
line Forty four (44) chains to the place of
starting containing ninety two acres the said
last described piece of land being bounded
on the west by lands then owned by John
L. Younge, North by lands then owned by
Tillman Ingram East and South by lands then
owned by James T. Thomas, The whole amount
of said lands hereby intended to be conveyed
amount in the agrregate to Twelve hundred
and forty six acres & 80/100.  Together with all
and singular the rights members heredita-
ments and appurtenances to the said prem-
ises belonging or in any wise incident and
appertaining. To have and to hold all
and singular the premises before mentioned
unto the said William P. Colclough and S.
F. Harvard their heirs and assigns forever
And whereas the plat of the Arredonda
Grant by David H. Burr hereinbefore refered
to shows some conflict as to the Title to the
tract designated on said plat as a thou-
sand acre tract belonging to one Thomas
Napier. And the thousand acre tract
designated as belonging to Duncan L.
Clinch decd for the better securing the
said William P. Colclough and S.F. Harvard
in their title to the whole of the lands
hereinbefore conveyed and especially
