the thousand acre tract designated by the
parrelogram marked on said plat I George
H. Miller Executor of John L. Younge decd do
hereby warrant and defend all of the above
described peices or parcels of land hereby
intended to be conveyed against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever and es-
pecially do I warrant all of said lands
against the claims of Sarah McFadden wife 
of William P. McFadden formerly Sarah Younge
widow of John L. Younge deceased for any
claim he or she may make or establish
for Dower or other interest and against the
claim or claims which may hereafter be
raised and established by the heirs of Thomas
Napier decd and all and every person whom-
soever claiming or to claim the said lands
or any part thereof  And it is by these presents
stipulated and agreed that the measure of dam-
ages in case it is ascertained that the title
to any of the foregoing described lands should
be found to be better to any one than that here-
in before conveyed shall be the relative value
of that which should be taken away may bear
to the whole tract payable in specie or its
equivalent with interest on the amount ascer-
tained from the first day of January Eighteen
hundred and sixty seven at the rate of seven
per cent per annum.
  In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed my seal this the
21st day of November A.D. 1866

 The State of South Carolina
  Whereas George H. Miller Executor of the last
will and testament of John L. Young decd
has sold and conveyed to W.P. Colclough and
S.F. Harvard a certain tract of land situate
in Alachua County Florida hereinafter described
described formerly owned by John L. Young decd
And it being desirous that the title thereto
should be perfect and complete. And whereas
