Sarah McFadden wife of William P. McFadden
formerly Sarah Young wife and widow of John
L. Young may have some interest or claim
for Dower therein.
     Now know all men by these presents that
Sarah McFadden formerly Sarah Young and
widow of John L. Young decd & William P.
McFadden for and in consideration of Five
Dollars to us in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged do grant bargain sell
release and renounce all claim of Dower or
inheritance and convey unto William P.
Colclough & Stephen F. Harvard of the State of
Florida And by these presents do grant bargain
sell release & renounce all claims for Dower
or Inheritance & sell to the said W.P. Colclough
& Stephen F. Harvard their heirs and assigns
all our right title interest demand for dower
or inheritance or other claim in the tract of
land conveyed by George H. Miller Executor to
them described as follows lying in the centre
of the body of land in said State known
as the Arredondo Grant and designated in
Burrs plat of said Grant of the date of Febuary
the 9 AD 1846, Bounded on the North by part
of fractional section 7 designated on said
plat as the land of Israel Foote and by
Fractional Section (8) Eight designated on
said plat as land of Isaac Frost on the East
by part of Fractional section Eight (8) designated
as before and by fractional section 16 in
the South by fractional section twenty des-
ignated on said plat as land of John
H. Lewis and by part of a tract des-
ignated on said plat as land of Thomas
Napier, and on the west by a part of the
same tract designated as Thomas Napier and
by a part of fractional section seven des-
ignated as land of Israel Foote all in
Township Ten S R 20 E.
Also that peice of land commencing at the
NE corner of section 8 T 10 R 20 running
S, 85 W 40 poles to a stake from thence S
35 W 48 poles to a stake from thence S 49
W 100 poles to a stake from thence S
58 poles to a stake from thence N 85 E
148 poles to a stake N 85 E 20 poles
