between section 9 & 17 of Township 10 R 20 as
laid down on Burrs & Washingtons map of the
Arredonda Grant, And the following described
lands situate on the waters of Sweet water
Branch in the State of Florida & County of
Alachua Commencing at the corner between
sections 4,5,8,9 in Township (10) Range 20
of the Arredonda Grant and being the N
W corner of section 9 running from said
corner due east along sectional line
24 chains to a stake thence due S 32 75/100
chains to a pine on the sweet water
Branch thence down the channels of said
Branch to where the line between sections
8 and 9 crosses said Branch thence due
N along said sectional line 44 chains
to the place of starting.
     Together with all and singular the
rights and hereditaments and appurtenances to
the said premises belonging or in any wise
incident or appertaining
   To have and to hold all and
singular the premises before mentioned unto
the said William P. Colclough & Stephen F. Harvard
their heirs & assigns for ever.
