Standley her heirs Executors Administrators and
assigns forever in fee simple. And I
the said James W. Standley for myself and
my heirs Executors & Administrators do covenant
with the said Penelope L. Standley
her heirs Executors, Administrators & assigns
that I am lawfully seized in full of the
aforegranted premises, that they are free
from all incumbrances & that I have
a good right to sell and convey the
same to the said Penelope L. Standley as afore-
said and that I will and my heirs Executors
Administrators and assigns, shall
warrant and defend the same to the said
Penelope L. Standley and her heirs and assigns
forever against the lawful claims and
demands of all persons, And for the con-
sideration aforesaid and for divers other
good and valuable considerations I Eliza
L. Standley Wife of the said James W. Standley
do hereby release and quit claim unto the
said Penelope L. Standley her heirs Executors
Administrators & assigns all my right claim
or possibility of Dower in or out of the afore-
described premises. In witness whereof we
the said James W. Standley and Eliza L.
Standley have hereunto set our hands and Seals
this 16th day of February AD 1867.

who after being examined seperate and apart from her said husband
acknowledges that she signed the foregoing relinquishment of Dower
