This Indenture made the fourteenth day of
February in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and Sixty seven Between Matilda
S. Brown Administratrix of all and singu-
lar the goods and chattels rights & credits which
were of the Estate of the late George L. Brown decd
of Alachua County and State of Florida of the first
part and Jane Scott of said County & State of
the second part, Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part by virtue and
authority to her given in and by an order
issued from the Judge of the Probate Court of
Alachua County and for and in consideration
of the sum of One hundred & sixty five Dol-
lars lawful money of the United States to
her in hand paid the receipt hereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold aliened released conveyed and con-
firmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien release convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever. All
that certain peice or parcel of land lying
in the County of Alachua & State of Florida, Known
and described as a parcel of land formerly
owned by Walker embracing old Store House
in Newnnansville Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
any wise belonging, And also all the Estate
right title interest, claim, & demand what-
soever, both in law & Equity which the
said Intestate had in his life time of in or to
the same. To have and to hold the above
premises above mentioned and described
with their appurtenances unto the party of the
second part his heirs and assigns to his
and their only proper use benefit & behoof
forever. In witness whereof the said
party to these presents has hereunto set her
hand and Seal the day & year above written.
