Together with all and singular the ten-
ements hereditaments and appurtenances there
unto belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold all and singular the
above mentioned and designated premises unto
the said G.H. Miller Executor of the last will and tes-
tament of J.L. Young dec his heirs and assigns
forever. Provided always and these presents
are upon this Express condition that if the said
J.M. Richardson and Margaret L. Richardson their
heirs Executors administrators shall well and truly
pay unto the said G.H. Miller Executor of the last
will and testament of J.L. Young dec his Executor
or assigns the said sum of money in said
note specified and interest thereon at the time
and in the manner mentioned in the said
note, that then these presents and the Estate hereby
granted shall consider null and void.
