sonally came A. Hauge one of the subscribing wit-
nesses to the foregoing Deed and deposes that
he saw Susan Holder wife of Daniel Holder
sign the within Deed freely and upon her own
discresion for the purposes therein contained.

Alachua County } This Indenture made this sixteenth
day of Febuary in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred & sixty seven between
Edward Lang of Lowndes County State of Georgia by
Stephen McCall of the State and County first written
his attorney in fact party of the first part and Edmund
Jones of the same place party of the second part.
Witnesses that the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of one thousand
Dollars paid at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath bargained sold and conveyed and by these pres-
ents doth bargain sell and convey unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns, all that
peice lot or parcel of land situate lying and being
in or near the Town of Gainesville in the State and
County first above written and described as follows.
To wit, Beginning at the NW corner of Section four (4) thence
S to Robadues corner thence E to Sweet Water Branch thence the
Branch nearly South within fifteen feet of D.M. Fingers corner
reserving a Road to the Branch along said Fingers line distance
one hundred yards within fifteen feet of Vanlandinghams corner
or line reserving a Road to the Branch thence up the Branch
fifteen feet thence due west to the beginning corner con-
taining four acres more or less. Together with all and singular
the rights members Hereditaments and appurtenances to
the said premises belonging or in any wise appertaining
