This Indenture made this the fifth day of January
Eighteen hundred and Sixty Seven Between
William A. Colclough of the State of Florida of
the first part and Ned Chisolm Dudley
Chisolm William Chisolm of Alachua County
and said State persons of Color parties of
the second part  Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consid-
eration of Thirty five thousand pounds of good
lint sea Island or Long Staple Cotton here-
after to be delivered to him by the said
parties of the second part have granted
bargained sold released and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain
sell release & convey unto the said parties
of the second part their heirs and assigns
forever all that certain piece or parcel of
Land situate in Alachua County & State of
Florida where on the party of the first part
is now residing, Known as the Home place
described as SEC31 T9 R21 and Sec 32
T9 R21 the latter Section being covered by the
lake of Newnan except a fraction one forty
acres.  To have and to hold the same
above mentioned and described land together
with the appurtenance thereunto attached unto
the said Ned Chisolm Dudley Chisolm
& William Chisolm parties of the second
part their heirs Executors Administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute  And
the said party of the first part hereby
warrants and defends the same against
all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming
or to claim the same
