                              Know all men by these
presents that I Daniel D. Finley of Richland District
State of South Carolina in Consideration of Ten thousand
Dollars to me paid by Daniel Scott of Florida Alachua
County in the State aforesaid have Granted, Bargained
Sold, and Released and by these presents do grant
Bargain, Sell and Release unto the said Daniel Scott
all that plantation or Section of lands, lying Township
Ten Range                           Situate in Alachua
County One Section No                      and another
Section No                        another Section No
                    & another Section No
also another half Section No
One quarter Section of land conveyed to us by David
Misell No                Range                  and also
fifty two & half acres purchased of Henry Graddick lying
in the same Range & Township above Stated - One half
of the above Section of land as above Stated, all my right &
interest & Said Lands to Said Daniel Scott
Together with all and Singular the Rights, Members
Heriditaments and appurtinances to the said premises
belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining to have
and to hold all and Singular the premises before
mentioned unto the said Daniel Scott his heirs and
assigns forever. And I do hereby bind myself my heirs
Executors and Administrators, to warrant and
forever defend, all and Singular the said premises
unto the said Daniel Scott his heirs and assigns
against myself and my heirs, and against every other
person or persons lawfully Claiming or to Claim the
Same, or any part thereof
