to sell and convey the same as she
has conveyed the same free and dis-
charged from all encumbrance and
heirs of any and every nature and Kind
and that the said parties of the 
second part their heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the
above described premises against
all persons lawfully claiming the
same and will by these presents
forever warrant and defend the

Know all men by these presents that
I Joseph A. Tullis of and the State of
Florida for and in consideration of Two
hundred Dollars to me in hand paid
by Tapley Tillis in said County the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge as given
granted bargained Sold and conveyed
and by these presents do give
grant, bargain sell and convey
unto the said Tapley Ellis the following
peice and parcel of Land Situated
