North East quarter of the South East
quarter of Section Sixteen and Township
Eight South of Range Twenty East
containing Fifty 11/100 Acres and lying
and being in the County of Alachua
and said State of Florida with all
the privileges and appurtenances to the
Same in anywise appertaining or
belonging to have and to hold the
foresaid granted premises unto the
Said Tapley Tillis & his heirs and
assigns and their use, befhoof for
