State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by
                 these presents that
I Philip Dell of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of
one dollar paid me by Mrs Jane
A. Clark of the second part at and
before the sealing and delivery of
these presents hath bargained grant-
ed and sold fifty yards square of
land embracing the family grave
yard of the late Asa Clark deceased
that is to say commence at a point
and run fifty yards North thence fifty
yards west thence fifty South thence
fifty yards East to place of com-
mencement making the grave yard
in the centre said grave yard being
in section (32) Thirty two Township (7)
seven in Range (20) twenty South and
East and in the plantation and
near the house in which the said
Asa Clark formerly lived and I the
said Philip Dell do by these presents
warrant and defend the same from
myself my heirs, executors and assigns
given this the twenty first day of April
