This Indenture made the Twenty sixth day
of February in the year of our Lord
One thousand Eight hundred and
Sixty Seven, Between Thomas W. McCaa
and Mary M. McCaa his wife of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part and Alexander H. Leonard
of the same place of the second part
   Witnesseth that the said party of the
first part, for and in consideration of the
Sum of Two hundred Dollars ($20000)
lawful money to them paid before the deliv-
ery hereof, have bargained and Sold, and
by these presents do grant and convey
to the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever, all that certain
piece or parcel of Land lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and which is Known and
described as follows, To wit, The SW1/4
of Section 34 T.9 Range 20, Known as
being part of the Arredonda Grant con-
taning one hundred & Sixty Acres more
or less, Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and apput-
tenancies and all the estate title and
interest of the said party of the first
part therein, And the said party
of the first part, do hereby agree
and covenant unto the said party of
the second part, that at the time of
the delivery hereof the said party of
the first part are the lawful owners
of the premises above granted and
Seized thereof in fee simple absolute
And that they will warrant and defend
the above granted premises in the quit
and peaceable possession of the said
party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever, In witness whereof
the parties of the first part have this
