Know all men by these presents that
I Mary M. McCaa wife of Thomas W.
McCaa grantor in the foregoing Deed
do hereby acknowledge that I signed
sealed and executed the same with
the intent thereby to renounce and re-
linquish and forever quit claim to my
Dower and right of Dower and Singular
the Land and premises in the said
Deed mentioned and the said renun-
citation and relinquishment was made
freely and voluntarily and without
and compulsion, constraint or apprehension
or fear of or from my Said husband
   I witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and Seal this 26th day
of February 1867

  Know all men by these presents that
I Tillman Ingram of the State of Florida
and County of Alachua for and in consid
eration of Two hundred and fifty Dollars
to me paid by George Doig of the same
State and County the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged do hereby give grant
bargain and Sell unto the said George
Doig his heirs and assigns a certain lot
or parcel of Land lying and being situate
in the town of Gainesville and Known and
distinguished as the South half of Block No
twelve (12) containing one half acre more
or less and also that piece or parcel 
of land lying East of Said Block No 12 com-
mencing on the East side of the Jail street
