and running East to Sweet Water Branch
down Sweet Water Branch until it Range
with the Southern line of said Block
twelve and thence West until it intersects
with the Said Jail Street containing
One Acre more or less the whole 
containing one acre & half more or less
   To have and to hold the aforesaid prem-
ises to the said George Doig and his heirs
and assigns in fee simple forever
And I the said Tillman Ingram for
myself and my heirs Executors and Admin-
istrators do covenant with the said George
Doig, his heirs and assigns that I am
lawfully seized in fee of the aforesaid
premises that they are free from all
encumbrances that I have a good
right to sell & convey the Same to the said George
Doig as aforesaid & that I will and my
heirs, Executors and Administrators shall
warrant and defend the same to the
said George Doig, and his heirs and assigns
forever against the lawful claim and ded-
mands of all persons, And for the
consideration aforesaid and for divers
other good consideration I     Ingram
wife of said Tillman Ingram do
hereby release and quit claim unto
the said George Doing his heirs and
assigns all my right claim or possibility of
Dower in or out of the aforesaid premises
