                     Ingram well Known to me
to be the wife of Tillman Ingram who after
being examined by me separately and apart
from her said husband says that she joined
her said husband in the foregoing deed
for the purpose of relinquishing her right
of Dower to the premises described therein
that she did so freely and voluntarily and
without fear or compulsion from her said
husband or apprehension of the same.
      Given under my hand and Seal the

Whereas I N.R.E.M. Mayer of Chester District
South Carolina did obtain letters patent
of the United States for an improved Soap
Entitled washing made easy which letters
patent bearing date the tenth day of April
the 10th 1866 and whereas T.P. Boulwer, B.
P. Boulwer and Wm P. Boulwer are desirious
of obtaining an interest therein, Now this
indenture, Witnesseth that for and in
consideration of the sum of ($2500) Two
thousand five hundred Dollars to me
in hand paid the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, I have granted
sold & siteover and do hereby grant
sell & sitover to the said Boulwer Brothers
all the right titles and interest which I
have in the said invention as secured to
me by said letters Patent for to and in
East florida and in no other place
or places the same to be held and
enjoyed by the said Boulwer Brothers
for their own use and behoof and for
the use and behoof of their legal
Representatives To the full end of the times
for which said letters Patent are granted
as fully and entirely as the same
