                    25th day of January in the year
One thousand Eight hundred & Sixty seven between
Carry E. Valandingham of the State and County
aforesaid, duly constituted Administrator of S.C.
Valandingham late of said County deceased
of the one part, and William Strickland
of the same place of the other part,
Witnesseth that by virtue of an order
granted by the Hon Judge of Probate of said
County previous notice of application
having been given agreeably to the Statute
in such cases made and provided and
an order being passed by the Hon Probate
Court, granting leave to sell a tract of land
belonging to the estate of said deceased
situate lying and being in the County
aforesaid Known and distinguished as the
NW1/4 of the NW1/4 in Section fourteen (14)
Township eight (8) South of Range Twenty
(20) East containing forty acres, also the
West half of the NE quarter of Section (15)
fifteen containing Eighty acres and 200/ of an
acre. Also the south half of the South East
quarter of section ten (10) containing Eighty
acres and 15/100 of an acre all in Township
Eight (8) South of Range twenty (20) East
Also the East half of the NE quarter and the
SE quarter & the NW1/4 of the
SW1/4 in Section fifteen (15) Township Eight (8)
