County of Clay   } This Indenture made this
                   twelf day of November in
the year one thousand Eight hundred and
Sixty six between Olive Drew of the State
and County afore said of the first
part and Christopher Dias of Alachua
County and State aforesaid
Witnesseth that the said Oliver Drew
for and in consideration of the sum
Nine hundred Dollars to him in hand
paid at an before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath grant-
ed bargained sold and conveyed and
does by these presents grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Christo-
pher Dias heirs and assigns all that
tract or parcel of land situate lying
and being in the County of Clay
Known as follows the South west quarter
of the North West quarter and the South
West quarter of the South East quarter
of section Sixteen in Township Eight
South of Range twenty four East con-
taining Eighty acres more or less with
all the rights members and apperte-
nances thereunto belonging, To have and
to hold the aforesdescribed lot of land
unto him the said Christopher Dias
his heirs and Assigns and assigns
together with all the rights members and
appurtenances to the said lot of land
in any wise belonging to his and their
own proper use benefit and behoof forever
in fee simple
 And the said Oliver Drew for himself
