me in hand paid by C.E. Valandingham of the
aforesaid County and State the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged I William
Strickland of said State and County
above mentioned hereby give grant bargain
sell alien & convey unto the said C.E. Val-
andingham her heirs and assigns the
following pieces or parcels of land lying and
being in said County Known and described
as follows NW1/4 of NW1/4 in Sec 14 Town-
ship 8 South of Range 20 East containing
40 acres also the W1/2 of the NE1/4 of sec
15 containing 80 acres & 200/ of an acre
Also the S1/2 of the SE1/4 of Sec 10 contain-
ing Eighty acres & 15/100 of an acre all in
Township 8 Range 20 in all six hundred
and forty acres more or less together with
all the privileges & appurtenances thereunto
belonging in fee Simple. And I William
