County of Alachua } This Indenture made this 27th
                    day of February in the year
Eighteen Hundred and Sixty seven between
Between Charles W. Druek of said State and County
of the first part and W.K. Cessna of the same
place of the second part, Witnesseth that the
said Charles W. Druek for and in consideration
of the sum of Five hundred and fifty Dollars to
him in hand paid by the said W.K. Cessna
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does by
these presents, give, grant bargain sell and
convey, unto the said W.K. Cessna his heirs and assigns
a certain peice or parcel of Land lying and being
in the County and State aforesaid and known
and described as follows commencing at the
South East corner of the lot where it Joins the
land granted to the Florida Rail Road on the West
side of the Street leading from Gainesville to the
Depot & oposite the lot owned by W.S. Land running
North along said Street one hundred feet thence
West one hundred feet thence south one hundred
feet, thence East one hundred feet to the point
of beginning in Section (5) five Township ten (10)
and Range twenty (20) together with all the
privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining; To have and to
hold the above granted premises to the said
W.K. Cessna his heirs and assigns forever in
fee simple. And I the said Charles W.
Druek for myself do covenant with the said
W.K. Cessna that I will and my heirs Executors
and Administrators shall warrant and defend the
same to the said W.K. Cessna his heirs Executors
& administrators forever against the lawful claim
and demands of all persons.
