Alachua County } This Indenture made and
entered into this 24th
day of November AD Eighteen hundred and
Sixty six between G.H. Miller of the first
part, of the State of South Carolina Fairfield
District qualified executor of the last will
and testament of John L. Younge late of
South Carolina, deceased and Mrs Margaret
L. Richardson of the State and County first
above named of the second part. Witnesseth
that for and in consideration of the sum
of Two hundred and thirty five Dollars
in hand paid by the party of the second
part to the party of the first part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
the party of the first part executor as
aforesaid hath granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents doth
bargain sell and convey unto the
party of the second part, all that
lot tract or parcel of Land lying, Situate
and being in the Town of Gainesville and
Known in the plan and plat of said
Town as Lot (no 2) Number two, Block (5) five
Range (3) three measuring (120) one hundred
and twenty feet on the Street running
North and South, and (197) one hundred
and ninety seven feet on the Street run-
ning East & West. To have and to hold
the said bargained premises together
with all and singular the rights
titles, privileges and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise apper-
