taining to her the said Martha L. Richardson
for and during her natural life time and
thereafter to her children born or begotten
during her coverture or marriage with her
present husband James M. Richardson in fee
Simple, And the said party of the first
part, the said bargained premises unto
the party of the second part their heirs

forever warrant and defend against the lawful
claim or claims of any other person or persons
whatever, as far as in Law or Equity he may
be bound to do.

day of March in the year AD 1867 between James
M. Jones one of the heirs at law of Abram
Bessant Deceased of the one part & John
R. Bevill of the second part, Witnesseth, That
whereas the Judge of Probate did by order em-
power the said J.M. Jones heir at law & atty in
fact for the heirs of Abram Bessent deceased
to sell and dispose of all the real Es-
tate of the said Abram Bessant deceased
lying and being in said County and
Whereas the said J.M. Jones as aforesaid
having complied with all the requisitions of
the law therein did proceed to expose the
lot of land hereinafter described for sale
