County of Alachua } Know all men by these
                    presents that we William
D. Clark, Asa Clark John E. Clark Jane A. Clark
and Elizabeth Sanchez all of the County and
State above mentioned of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of
Four Thousand Six hundred Dollars, to us
in hand paid hath bargained granted and
sold to Philip Dell of the County and State
aforesaid all that tract or parcel of Land lying
and being situated in said County and
State aforesaid Known and described as follows
on the Maps and plats in the Land Office
at Tallahassee Florida, East half of the North East
quarter, South West quarter of the South east
quarter and east half of the South West quarter
and South west quarter of the South of the South West quarter
of section thirty two and South half of Lot
No Eleven and Lots no twelve and thirteen
of Section thirty one T7 R20 and North west
quarter of the North east quarter and North
west quarter of North West quarter of Section
five township eight R20 and lot no one and
North half of lot No two Section of Six T8s
Range twenty S&E containing six hundred and
Eighty Acres more or less together with all
the privileges and appurtenances to the said
Land in any wise appertaining and belonging
to have and to hold the above granted
premises to the said Philip Dell his heirs
and assigns to his and their use and
behoof and we the said William D. Clark
Asa Clark John E. Clark Jane A. Clark
and Elizabeth J. Sanchez do covenant with
the said Philip Dell his heirs and assigns
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the
aforesaid granted premises that they are
free from all incumbrances and we have
a good right to sell and convey the same
to the said Philip Dell as, aforesaid and
that we will jointly and severally and
out heirs executors and administrators shall
warrant and defend the title to the same
to said Philip Dell his heirs and assigns
forever. In testimony whereof we
the said parties of the first part
