copy of a Deed of conveyance which has
been lost and cannot be found And
that he intends to make application to
the next term of the Criminal Court to be
held at Gainesville in the second Monday
in Oct next to establish a copy of said
deed in lieu of the original

Eighteen hundred and Sixty seven between
John P. Cosby Sheriff of said County of the
first part and John T. Mathews & William
Strickland also of said County of the second
part, Witnesseth that whereas the said John
O. Cosby Sheriff as aforesaid did on the twelfth
day of September A.D. 1866 levy upon and
afterwards expose to Sale certain peices or
parcels of land hereinafter more fully
described before the Court House Door
in said County and after advertising the
same according to law to wit on Monday
the fourth day of February A.D. 1867
