Alachua County   } This Indenture made this
                   Seventeenth day of November
in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and Sixty six; Between
G.H. Miller of the State of South Carolina
Executor of the Estate of John L. Younge decd
party of the first part and Martha L.
Finger and Francis J. Grissom wives of D.M.
Finger and J.R.W. Grissom of the State and
County aforesaid parties of the Second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part as Executor as aforesaid after due notice
did set up and sell before the Court House
Door in said County Block No (4) four Range (7)
Seven in the original Town of Gainesville in said
State and County when the said parties of the
second part being the highest and best
bidders said lots was Knocked off to them
for the Sum of three hundred and ten
Dollars now I the said Geo H. Miller Executor
as aforesaid for and in consideration of the
said Sum of Three hundred & ten Dollars
paid by the said parties of the second
part do hereby sell release and convey
to them their heirs and assigns the said
