the same against the claim of the Estate and
all parties concerned and against the claim
of all other persons as far as in *** his as Execu-
tor aforesaid.

County of Alachua } This Indenture made on the ninth
                  } day of March in the year of our
Lord, one thousand Eight hundred & sixty seven
between Margaret E. McKinstry, (James F. Mckinstry and
Wm H. Robertson in right of his wife) of the first
part and Benj T. Rives of the second part both
of said State and County, Witnesseth, That for and
in consideration of the sum of three thousand
Dollars ($3000) to them in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
the said parties of the first part have
given granted bargained and sold and conveyed
and by these presents do give grant bargain
sell and convey to the said party of the
second part the following mentioned piece
or parcel of land to wit,
   Lots Nos One, two, three, twelve, thirteen,
fourteen, fifteen, twenty five, and twenty six
of Section six township Eleven Range twenty
three containing three hundred and sixty
acres and also the West half of the north
west quarter and west half of south west quar-
ter section five township eleven range twenty
three containing one hundred and sixty acres
in the County of Putnam and State afore-
said to have and to hold the above
described and conveyed premises unto the
said party of the second part his heirs
