day of March A.D. Eighteen hundred & sixty seven
between Daniel M. Finger and Martha L. Finger
wife of the said Daniel M. Finger parties of 
the first part and Frances I. Grissom wife
of John R.W. Grissom of the second part
Witnesseth that for and in consideration
of the sum of five hundred and fifty
dollars to the parties of the first part
by the party of the second part paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
